About Us
Every child welcome
Dramacube is a vibrant performing arts company where young people discover their confidence, creativity and love of the stage. We produce exciting term-time youth musicals and musical theatre workshops that inspire children to shine, both onstage and beyond.
More than just a Drama class for kids
Our Mini Musicals classes for children aged 4–7 offer joyful 90-minute weekly sessions filled with drama, movement and music. Each term, students explore a themed story and work together towards a special live showcase performance on stage at Hampton Hill Theatre—often their very first moment in the spotlight.
Young Performers (ages 8–12) and Youth Theatre students (ages 13–18) take part in weekly rehearsals comprising 2.5 hours of acting, singing & dance classes. Guided by our experienced and friendly musical theatre team, each cast builds towards their own full-scale production, complete with professional lighting, sound, set and costume, performed on stage at Hampton Hill Theatre. It’s a truly immersive theatre experience that challenges, excites and empowers every performer.
For new students wanting to give Dramacube a try, two-week taster sessions are available across all age groups at the start of each term.
Holiday Workshops
During the Easter, Summer and October school holidays, Dramacube also runs one-, two- and three-day musical theatre workshops for children aged 5–7 and 8–12 at venues across Hampton Hill, Teddington and Walton. Inspired by much-loved theatre and film titles, these workshops are packed with creativity, fun and performance.

Our Story
Dramacube Productions are an award-winning Performing Arts Company who use performance as a platform to educate and inspire young people.
Dramacube was established in 2012, when we began offering a wide variety of classes and workshops throughout the Richmond and Hounslow boroughs.
The expansion into Youth Productions began in July 2015 with a short run of Fame Jr. for children aged 7-16yrs at Hampton Hill Theatre. Once we discovered just how much young performers benefit, from participating in a production at a purpose-built theatre with professional stage crew, the race was on to find the next show!
Since staging Fame Jr. we have successfully produced more than 10 shows with 5 different casts at theatres including; Epsom Playhouse, Cecil Hepworth Playhouse in Walton, the Watermans Art Centre in Brentford, the Exchange Theatre in Twickenham and Hampton Hill Theatre.
Productions over the past few years have included Legally Blonde the Musical Jr, Annie Jr, High School Musical 2, Matilda the Musical Jr and The Lion The Witch & The Wardrobe, Oliver Jr and Peter Pan JR and Aladdin JR.
During that time the company have received numerous nominations and won several awards.
Our shows are carefully selected to ensure students experience a diverse range of musical theatre styles, maximizing the opportunity to enhance skills in acting, singing and dance. We work with leading licensing agents for musicals, to ensure the scripts our students use are inspired by commercially successful shows but written specifically for young people.
We now offer Drama Classes and Workshops for children aged 4-7yrs and Productions, Movie-Making Classes and Workshops for children aged 8-12yrs. In addition we have a Youth Theatre for students aged 13-18yrs who perform at theatres and festivals and can participate in industry workshops on auditioning, casting, film-making and musical theatre.
We look forward to working with you in the year ahead.
